The guy answered in an unprofessional manner, listened to my request for a quote, then told me he'd call back tomorrow ? Why even bother answering the phone jerky! Not even gonna waste my time with this clown, he just lost $1500 of business.
This business needs to take a training in customer service for greeting and receiving customers. I lost my Mother last week in a tragic accident and I did not receive any sympathy nor kindness while doing business with them. There is a woman who sits in an office at the entrance and she acknowledges your presence in a very ungracious manner. After selecting my choice of memory card I received an email that same day with a sample to be approved. The samples were missing allot of the details that the sample had. I was back and forth with them via email and they just had a blah attitude about this whole order. Finally, after several days someone by the name of Hector assisted me and he made this experience a bit easier. At least, that is the impression they gave me. I had to literally cross the GW bridge go inside the back of the office and sit in front of their system and guide the guy through the details. How can someone who does this kind of work day in and day out not see these details. Someone else might have signed the sample away. But I couldn't because I pay allot of attention to detail. Besides this was not just another nightclub or event party order. This was an order of a life that was lost. They need to be more professional and show kindness. Especially, knowing that they are handle an order for a deceased loved one. I hope they consider these points and improve. I will definitely not use them again. It felt so uncomfortable dealing with them.
