To say the least we have had an issue with each department throughout the home buying and closing process. We have told things that were incorrect or things were not quality and they would not fix. We were told things incorrectly about our floorplan and found out after we signed the contract. Once the contract is signed good luck on getting things changed or if you have issues. It's basically a buy the house or don't and we can sell it to someone else. Throughout the process we have had issues till closing and even after closing and have brought up the work quality that antares put into our house for the construction team to fix and they looked into things and said they would get back to us, but they won't and don't. If you do end up going with this builder we hope that your experience is better than ours or they fix the issues you have and provide customer service.

I agreed to a appointment via phone with a salesperson. Prior to the appointment he texted me stating his appointment before wrapped early and asked to move the time up. A text I never saw until it was too late. I was still anticipating the original time. One would think if the person didn't respond, they didn't see the message, this aren't agreeing to a change. So the appointment came and went and no call from the salesperson. I decided to email the scheduler to advise, and remove my interest for a home. Moments later the salesperson emails me apologizing and stating he had 2 sales prior and those tend to run LONG. I replied stating I understand but would have expected an follow up to advise. His response was then sending me a screenshot...hmmm of his text request to move the appointment up and that his appointment wrapped EARLY? Also offing me 45min between appointments if I was free .What? Not only was the screenshot unprofessional and petty, but directly contradicts the email. The truth is likely that I didn't respond to moving my appointment, he called someone else and that appointment ran over my appointment. If he'd been honest I'd likely given them another chance. However the unprofessional behavior and false statements was a no go for me. Too many other builders to choose from in the area to stand for such behavior.
