Jessica as we informed you, there is a national bike shortage and most shops will not let you pre order bikes. We allow this option only if you agree to a cancellation fee. You emailed the shop when we were closed on a Sunday while we were preparing for the Hurricane to hit. You said you had to get this bike, which we let you know was in our Hattiesburg location, and wanted to make sure no one else could get it before we opened back up. On our personal time and while the stores were closed, we took care of your needs, marked the bike sold for you, and asked you which store you wanted to do the pickup. You let us know you wanted to pick up the bike in Mobile, so after the hurricane passed, we drove to Hattiesburg and had the bike ready in Mobile for you when the store opened. We are sorry you do not agree with the cancellation fee you agreed too; however, we deserve some compensation for the work we completed for you.

Ive deleted this post because while I still believe in what I said, it made me feel crumby and like them. I had a death in the family and had to cancel my purchase. Read their response to that below. They didnt tell me about a restocking fee nor that the bike was moved. I wouldnt have purchased the bike at all had I known about a restocking fee. I emailed on 9/20 not the day of the hurricane which shows they are not honest people. Shop here if you want but I dont recommend it.

Standing in line waiting to be helped. Someone else walked in behind me was spoken to by name and helped meanwhile I was completely ignored. Take your elsewhere. They obviously dont want new customers. Reply to the fake comment... its not fake. I came in on Jan 20th at approx 3:15pm.

JJ, sorry for your trouble. We submitted to Google to have our store hours updated quite a while ago; they are not completely open so they have not completed their work as they have to approve all changes. Our phone message, website, temporary paper sign on our door, Facebook, and Google post all show closed on Sunday. I will check the paper sign on the door when we reopen Tuesday. Apparently they've been listening to Kanye....closed on Sunday? Not according to your signs or Google so I drove a half hour to get here for nada!
