We really appreciate this feedback and apologize for your experience. Properly installed caulking may separate due to normal settlement. This is excluded from warranty, and does need homeowner maintenance. Changes in temperature and humidity can cause building materials to expand and contract. It may take up to five years for a new home to fully acclimate and reach equilibrium. Some homes may experience more settlement, while others have none.
