Super nice on the phone, appointment confirmed, called to confirm. But like other reviews, once you show up, they act like they can't find your appointment. when they finally find it, you'll have to wait behind everyone without an appointment for over an hour.

This place asks you to pay out of pocket pocket first of $65, other than just the co-payment ( much lower with our family plan insurance). They also refused to tell you what other charges you have to pay after the additional examination. My son has hyperopia and there might be more tests needed, and they say we will be responsible for the extra charges after the exam and will have to pay upfront at the place. We felt very uncomfortable going there for eye examination for my toddler. And they refuse to just charge Specialist Co-pay first and let the insurance bill us the remaining balance as this is the standard process that most people are used to. It feels very sketchy

Love that place! Highly recommended!!!!! Best customer service and wonderful doctors. I've been a client of forest hills vision for many years and they have never disappointed me. Dr. Jane and dr Soren are amazing!

Dr. Lim was great and very helpful. Only problem was that the lenses I got for some frames I already had only lasted about a week before they were scratched almost to the point of not being worth wearing. Having only cleaned them with cotton cloths this was not what should be expected.
