You came by the salon and we had talked for about 15 minutes about your hair and then you had said you wanted to schedule an appointment and have a consultation with one of the girls to talk more about color. We then schedule you a appointment for this past Saturday in which you did not come in for your consultation or call to cancel. I am trying to understand why you wrote that we’re “not enthusiastic people for the first time want to be customers”
