I didn't hang up...I was actually talking, with my reason for NOT booking weddings 11 months in advance...When I heard a "click" Hang up!! I in NO way hung up the call during my explanation. I've NOT booked a wedding or event since COVID..March 2020 As I was saying when the "click" was heard...Along with prebooking that far in advance with the industries current backorder, unavailability and increasing prices for Rose's, fillers and flowers just hasn't been quotable for a November 2022 wedding bouquet or events. With lack of design staffing and courier's I've omitted specific events, venues and weddings all together since 03/2020 Sorry that "click/hangup/disconnect" whatever may of taken place...surely didn't generate on my end. Glad we had the opportunity to reconnect, with my ability to continue that explanation for you. We've not referred client's/brides to other members of the industry due to various reasons. A referral in today's volatile economy & industry makes for unknown availability with all businesses in our industry. Many shops throughout the US and world have had to omit servicing many areas of of expertise. Sadly the problem is worldwide and has effects all of us. BEST WISHES WITH YOUR FUTURE PLANS.
