DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS BUSINESS! placed an order for flowers for my mom. Called in today morning and confirmed with one of their staff members she would receive it since I made the order last minute. He told me she would get the order. Then comes 3:00 pm and she hasn’t gotten it, I call and again, they reassured me she would receive it before 5:00. Here comes 5:00 pm and nothing. I called and all they are giving me excuses and I demand a cancellation and my money back. They said they would but wouldn’t give me a cancellation number or any documentation. When I asked repeatedly they put me on hold and hung up on me. I have tried to call back and no one is answering me now. Now I’m going to have to go through my bank to dispute it and my mom did not receive her flowers today like I had paid for it. I am beyond upset and frustrated. Don’t make my mistakes and don’t use them.
