Don't trust their recommended services! We took our vehicle for a regular oil change, and as usual, they try to sell unnecessary services, especially to customers who don't know much about cars. They recommended transmission fluid flush although it was performed not a long time ago, and it shows in the car history (In addition, according to Honda, transmission fluid flush is recommended only twice in a car life span). They also recommend brake pads replacement and brake fluid flush claiming that the pads condition was fair. Because the brakes is a safety issue, I took the vehicle to other mechanics in Stillwater and they all agreed that the brake pads and the brake fluid were in good shape and there was no need to replace them or do the flush. The other mechanics could easily perform the service as I had requested, but they were so honest with their customers that they decided not to replace anything and waste people's hardly earned money. I was charged $49 for diagnosis though, which is still fine compared to what this dealership would have ripped us if we had decided to do the service there. In short, stay away from this dealership service department, unless you are knowledgeable of cars and car maintenance.

Worst customer service ive ever had. They offered me price on my trade in and I asked for a higher price on my trade, they agreed to the price I asked but the amount they came up on my trade in they added to the internet price to the car I was wanting to buy. They tired to hide it and then we confronted them about the price and then the guy told us to leave. We will never come back to this dealership.
