This is the worse representation anyone can have.. You are selling a home not a car of craigslist. There is a lot of liability and legality involve in a sale f a property to just handle it on a online person on the other side with no idea of the market. Who is going to fight for you in a negotiation process? yourself? as a owner? who is going yo make sure you don't get sue after the transaction is done? you? 98% of "by owner" sellers end up selling their homes at 15% under market value. So, are you really saving money?or are you really shooting yourself in the foot. You get what you pay for. Home owners! trust a local agent in your area, they have dedicated the time and education to give you the best representation and advice. Let professionals deal you transaction in a professional matter.

To whom it may concern, My boyfriend and I recently bought and remodeled a home in Brandon Florida. We were considering our options and decided to explore Buy Owner with absolutely no idea how it worked. My first phone call was with Mary Witkowski prior to the home being ready to list. Mary contacted me immediately as I had a million questions and she answered them all. I explained to her that the home was going to be ready to list in about three weeks. After speaking with Mary and discussing with the owner of the home (my Boyfriend) we decided to list with Buy Owner. I called Mary back about a week later and she walked and talked me through everything as it can be very overwhelming doing something like this for the first with so much at stake. Mary was always there for me whenever I needed her. Phone calls were returned immediately or an email back letting me know she was on the phone and would call me right back. She walked me through the dashboard, did an amazing job with the description of the home for the MLS, signed into my dashboard and helped upload and download pictures, also helped me pick the best package that she felt would benefit us with absolutely no pressure. I already knew this was going to be good working relationship. Mary is an amazing advisor and always gave me great advice, very patient, very trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate world. She definitely went above and beyond her obligation to me regarding our listing services. When we were ready to list Mary had a family crisis that took her out of the office for about a week but made sure my listing was taken care of and was listed the day after she left. She also made sure I had a point person to go to while she was away.. My experience with Buy Owner has been amazing and would list again if the situation is right for us and of course have Mary back. We recently pulled our listing from Buy Owner because we decided to go in a different direction but I want you to know it had nothing to with your company or the service because it was such a great experience, no negatives and again Mary and the whole customer service department were always right there for me. What more could you ask for.. I am going to miss my dashboard that was very intimidating to me at first, again Mary right there to walk me through it. Thank you Buy Owner for this experience and education as I have learned so much!!!!! I was so lucky to have Mary and so are you!!!!!!!
