I like the product but have emailed them 3 times with no response. After paying close to $200 for a pair of gloves, the seams are coming undone after little use, not nearly enough to have the seams unravelling. I have the receipt. I tried to contact the company to no avail. The products are pricey, and I like them, just know you are on your own if any defects in them.

My work as a coach at a prestigious Utah Snowsports and Summer Activities resort exposes me to a huge and continuously changing range of temperature and weather. My first Fortress product to try was mittens specifically because it was impossible to keep any other gloves or mittens from freezing up when they got wet. The Fortress mittens solved that problem. Since then I have acquired many Fortress products and they are all amazing. My most recent acquisition is the BasePro 1/4 zip base layer and I LOVE it. It is my one and only top base layer now, replacing as many as 6 layers previously. It is comfortable across a wide range of conditions and I wear just a light uniform jacket over it on all but the coldest 0 degree or lower days when the warmer uniform parka fits the conditions. I'm a big promoter of Fortress Clothing because it simply works as advertised and is excellent quality.
