Had a really bad experience with ServPro of Park Ridge, they started a water damage mitigation and restoration on my kitchen and right after the first full day of work ripping of the drywall they would only come for half a day or not show up at all, eventually they arranged a subcontractor to resume the work but he would only work on Sundays, which delayed the restoration even further and left me without a kitchen for nearly 8 weeks. I eventually had to hire another company to not only finish the restoration, but also reinstall the kitchen cabinets that were poorly assembled by the subcontractor, wash and deep clean the carpet that was poorly covered when mitigation started. I wish good luck to anyone working with ServPro in the future, and would recommend to keep an eye on the pattern I described so if it happens then hire another company right away, also complaints to ServPro HQ are ignored, they never followed up on my phone calls, email, social media messages etc so don't even try.

When a sewer back-up flooded a basement of my rental house, I contacted ServPro of Park Ridge to come in and clran up and remove the water. They responded immediately and sent their cleanup crew right away. They did a fabulous job. They handled the situation and coordinated their service wuth the tenant accomodating every scheduling conflict. I highly recommend using ServPro of Park Ridge. I was highly satisfied with the quality of their work and the price was fair. At the end of the job, it was like there had never been a problem. Thanks for a good job, well done on time and as quoted.
