Sorry you were unsatisfied, you brought in screen printed garments and we applied the vinyl that was closest in color. We showed you a sample which you approved. Your son who brought in more garments assured us Friday pick up was fine. We emailed you to say we would fix the problem and you stated your son was already wearing the apparel and that it was too late to fix. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and we are sorry you felt it necessary to leave us this review.

First I was told two days to get my items back. Then when i brought the items in they acted like I was an idiot. One shirt was done with the wrong color lettering. They charged me for this shirt. It took 5 days to get my items. Some of the letters are peeling off after one washing. The prices were 3 times higher than the place I ended up taking the rest of my stuff. Not a good experience.

We did two separate orders for our softball team. Both orders had either missing items, items that were the wrong size, or shirts that were obviously different in color. Picking up the last order we spoke with a gentleman about one shirt being a completely different style and shade of navy. He couldn't care less and his reaction was well it is navy. Yes that is true however it was not the same shade of navy as the rest of the team. I feel that we should have been made aware of the different style/color prior to printing. When you are paying $22 a shirt the least they could do was make sure they were correct. Horrible customer service! Buyer Beware!

We had T-shirts custom made for us, and couldn't be happier! Image Wear handled the design work and printing, the T-shirts are the highest quality, very soft, have held up to multiple washings without a problem. And their service is impeccable--very fast turnaround. And the price was right, too, even for a small batch order. Very pleased, and highly recommend them.

Ordered 6 or 7 printed grey Tshirts a while back.. they came in taupe not grey, and the graphic printing faded about 50% after one wash. :(
