Sent 3 screen printing quotes on their website on 12/8/13, and as of today, 12/16/13, have yet to hear from anyone about anything! So I call and they read my email and stated they were out that day are now backed up due to holiday orders. Poor customer service, had I not called them they probably still wouldn't have contacted me. Will be taking my personal single order AND my school district 400 shirt order elsewhere to a company with better customer service. Bad first impression!

Hi Khelilah. First of all we'd like to thank you for considering Big Rhino. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced, and for any misunderstandings. As per your discussion with our service representative, our machine which prints individual shirts is currently out of order. Since you needed 2 shirts, and to ensure that you are able to have your shirt made, our representative recommended one of our competitors. We are not a "bulk order only printer", but prices for screen printing and digital printing are vastly different. Mainly due to the labor involved for each process. We can screen print 2 shirts, versus digital print, but your costs will be much higher. The reason we offer digital printing, is to pass on a cost reduction to our customers. Unfortunately, at the moment our digital printer is currently offline and it seems that you were not offered a screen printing price. We are more than happy and willing to screen print your shirts for you.
