In mid December last year 2020 i took my son to this store. I had bought him a gift card for his birthday a while back and he finally wanted to go and get himself a lego set. After spending about 30 minutes looking around my son decided on a lego set and so we went to cash out. Well, we were told that the store has since changed owner and that they have no way of tracking the gift cards. It appear they never considered on how to handle customers who had bought gifts cards. The cashier looked over and asked a manager who didn't really seem to care about our situation. She said she couldn't honor it. I could see in my son's face that he was disappointed. I just bought it using my money because I didn't want to see his disappointed. But looking back I shouldn't have given them my business and I plan on never shopping there ever again. They don't really care!

HORRIBLE customer service!! Order somewhere else!! Or take your chances! After placing my order and waiting 5 days to get order confirmation or shipping details I called the contact phone number from their website and a person named Lindsay answered, who is a part of this small family business with obviously no interest in resolving any issues that are made on their end. From what she told me my order was at a post office waiting to be picked up by me to what I responded that I wont be able to go to the post office and it will either need to be delivered to my address as promised or I will need a refund and I asked how come I wasnt informed about any of this. She raised her voice and told me thats its not their fault. Again, I never received the tracking number or ANY information regarding this order at all and wouldnt know anything about whats happening hadnt I called. Not only Lindsay didnt bother to apologize once for the inconvenience she proceed to tell me with raised voice maam, thats your post offices problem and told me to call and figure it out there. She also hung up on me 2 times during the conversation with a rude extremely unprofessional byeeeee and hasnt been answering the phone after. Im sure the toys they sell are great quality but their service is way far from it.

I live in a small and obscure rural California town. I stumbled upon this stores online shop while looking for a specific Usborne book that was sold out everywhere in my area. It was $8 more on Amazon. Not to mention it wouldn't have shipped until October. I needed two copies for gifts and found them here. Shipping was fast! The store seems to have a lot nice things. I also ordered two t-shirts for my daughter at a decent price. I definitely will add this shop to my rounds.
