Poor selection and limited inventory unless you're a size XS, S. The sales clerk couldn't even be bothered to get off his perch and help me, and I was the only customer in the store. Pathetic, might as well go to Wal-Mart.
Id give them a zero if allowed. I sent them 2 shirts, a jacket and a pair of pants. I had to go back over six times to finally get the patch placement properly set. I was treated like I was in the wrong after they put the patches on incorrectly and then the store manager, Courtney Clark, had the audacity to call my post and complain about me for being rude after I told her employee that if it were up to me we wouldnt use them for our uniform needs. Get it right the first time (or the first six times) and then maybe I might not have been upset as a customer. Courtney is quite rude and extremely unprofessional. Its apparent her daddy owns the store and she acts like she does no wrong! The seamstress on the other hand, quite sweet! In my opinion, keep the seamstress and get a new manager if your business is to survive!
