Apologies to Lever employees - you all look like lovely people. THIS IS THE SINGLE WORST PIECE OF RECRUITING SOFTWARE ON THE PLANET. As an external recruiter, it actually harms your ability to do you job for the client and I would emplore anyone to use literally any other system. Even a google spreadsheet is better than this. From top to bottom, this was clearly designed by someone who hates people (all people) or who has never done any recruitment in their entire lives. There is very little functionality for an external recruiter. Adding a candidate profile means never seeing them again - not being able to edit their details or add any notes. There's no way to check who you have submitted until... you get a daily email (FOREVER MORE) with an update on your sbmissions which is 1) annoying 2)useless if it's a client you haven't worked with for a while 3) inefficient as you need to open a document from email to view the details 4) has zero functionality for the recruiter Also, the only way to find your Lever loging page for each client is to bookmark their specific link. You can't find it through Lever.co as far as I can tell. This software is a disgrace borne out of a total contempt for the recruitment industry and surviving on enormous investment from bigtime tech executives who clearly have skin in the game. There's no other way this awful software would survive. Any other software is better - Workable, Greenhouse, Fieldglass, taleo - they are all made to feel like a month long holiday in the maldives compared to the lifetime at the bottom of a coal pit that is the user experience of Lever.
