Bio-One always takes great concern and care towards our clients and their property. However, our company did do extensive bio cleaning. Due to the graphic nature of bio (blood), we will not post before and after pictures of your family member's home, will forward to your email. As a courtesy, our company did not charge you to remove carpet and the extensive non-bio cleaning we did on the rest of the home. We did submit an insurance claim on your behalf and insurance did issue payment directly to you for our services. With regards to the break-in of your loved one's home, we are sorry for that horrible experience. Our team took final pictures as we left and locked all doors.

Don't waste your time or money on this company. We had Ralph come in to do some clean up after a family member passed away at home. He charged thousands and thousands of dollars to pull up some carpeting, small tile floor and carry out some junk. There was no bio-cleaning of the affected areas of the home and it still had the odor of someone having died. We came back to the house where the doors were unlocked and found we had been robbed of all kinds of furnishings. We felt that he had treated our sister and her home with such disrespect and hope no one else has to go through that.

The crew was very professional, and polite. They did what I had asked of them. They were fast and efficient.
