I had a battery replacement warranty. When I received my watch back, they had gutted all the mechanisms and put in an inferior mechanism that did not move the date or month. The arm came out. Total scam.

Horrible customer policy, could not get the watches we ordered forever! Their mistake in shipping us the wrong watches, yet wouldnt send us the correct order until they received the wrong watches back. Then took forever to do that. We needed those asap. Angela was an angel in trying to help but she has to follow the terrible customer policy and supervisor which basically penalized us for their error. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! So difficult to deal with, extremely slow to respond, and never did fix our order. Beware this is often a 3rd party supplier to more responsible companies so beware when ordering and see where it is coming from, especially Brooklyn NY or Peugeot.
