Stains on the floor and ceiling. I had trouble understanding the staff. Equipment looked old and worn. The staff forgot to charge mu co pay and when I stopped by in a hurry for my trial contacts they refused to give them to me although I had simply forgot my debit card. It seems that they are possiblu used to some folks skipping out from the rudeness of the front desk staff
