What a waste of time. This place throws away business. I emailed my design and instructions 11 days ago with zero reply. Walked into the store today and said Id like to make an order, guy just hands me a sticker with an email address, and says to email there (while Im in the store). I say I have emailed and I pull up the email from 11 days prior. Guy checks his email says maybe it went to junk, then looks at my email and just say he never got it. He looked liked he was lying. Just really short and not even wanting to talk about an order. He then took a call on his cell phone. Thanks. I left. What an absolute joke of a business.
