Still haven't received my security deposit and I'm under the impression that they keep them from you. Don't expect to get it back. It's been 6 months so far and still no word.

Stuff runs around like they dont know what they are doing. This place is not worth the money. Their version of renovating is painting over. Over crowded balconies with windows facing the stairs so anyone can see you. Old buildings. Gym doesnt work. Pool is dirty. Its not that hard people. Do a good job already

I toured this place when moving to Austin. I adored the location (within 1.5 miles of the MetroRail, lots of industry business, and the Domain). The insides were clean and spacious, and the general grounds were welcoming. The people I encountered such as Vanessa were an absolute delight giving me all the information I needed. Amazing experience with such friendly staff.

We moved in months ago and with the change of management I have had no issues! My nephew has no issues coming into the office, they're always nice and respectful. We had no problem with the new portal, and the staff was so helpful in helping us create an email and our account on their portal. It's also so nice to have spanish speaking staff. Tenemos meses aqui y con el cambio de compania no hay ningun problema que haigamos tenido! Mi sobrino no tiene problemas cuando va por la paqueteria a la oficina, son amables y respectuosas. Fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron mucho creando un correo electronico y activando nuestra cuenta para nuestros pagos. Ya era tiempo de que tuvieran alguien que habla espanol en la oficina! Estamos muy agradecidos con la compania Karya.

I moved here in may of 2020 for school which ended up being online so I moved out January 2021. The apartment is good if you are looking for a more affordable option in the Austin area. The location is great and the apartments are pretty up to date. New dishwasher, fridge and stove was great. My deck had some issues with old boards being broken and the floors where a little bit uneven in some places. The paint was new but it was poorly applied. The gym is extremely small and equipment seemed old. Most of the chairs at the pool were broken but it was still a nice place to relax. The hot tub was broken and probably will never be fixed. The place its pretty quiet though so that is a plus. The management is okay. The maintenance people are amazing, so friendly and get stuff done quickly. Dee is very friendly and was super helpful on move in day and with my official move out. Sadly I had dealt with Krystal the most and every time it was very frustrating and disappointing. She talks extremely rude with sass as if the questions you are asking are an inconvenient to her. She also made the process of moving out a nightmare. I could not get email responses from her with conformations that she had seen my lease termination. After multiple emails and when I did get an email back it was a response saying she had already confirmed in person. Everyone knows that verbal confirmation isn't going to do anything and I did not want to get in trouble in future that I had "improperly" broke my lease. She had then taken multiple days to upload the final payment when I was told it would have been done day of. She had also pretty much laughed at me over the phone when I was asking to speak to someone else who would answer my question in a nicer manor and probably explain it better. I did like my few months that I had lived here and its good if you are looking for a shorter stay like less than 2 years. I would avoid talking to Krystal at all costs, maybe ask for Dee or the new person working there and they will be much more pleasant and willing to help you. I would also keep in mind there is plenty of apartments around, so do lost of research.
