This dealership doesn't do business according to the right standards. I spent a couple of hrs here finding a vehicle I liked. Test drove the vehicle and etc. Gave my information and everything and thought that things were moving forward for the purchase. Only to get a call the next day stating that this vehicle was sold to someone else after you left. If that's not shady business, then I don't know what to say. This was a grave inconvenience. And completely bad customer service...So beware...

Absolutely ridiculous. Got my car back in worse shape then I dropped it off in. Seems like minimal effort was put in. Can't even believe they would give it back with the door stuck shut. They couldn't get it open even though it was working when I dropped it off. I fixed it in 3 minutes in the parking lot in front of the customer service person. They should be ashamed. I'm a 43 year old female math teacher and they supposedly fix cars for a living. All I can assume is that they are either incompetent or just didn't try at all. Either way I'd find somewhere else to go.

Its very pleasant whenever Id bring my car here. Their advisors are knowledgeable. Oil and filter changed today. They also sent me a video of my car while being inspected. Waiting area is always clean as well.

went to this dealership for an oil change on my 2017 Mini. The service advisor blabbed on about how they do this detailed inspection. I asked about tire rotation. Got a vid from the service tech saying there is no benefit in a tire rotation, and the brakes looked good. Wrong!! two weeks later the brake light indicating i needed brake pads went off. No big deal, did them myself. The tires they called good, are garbage, the rears were severely cupped on the inside, and the fronts were past the wear indicators. I wonder what bad tire would have looked like in this dealers eyes? I would never go back to a dealership in that area!
