This company is highly unprofessional. Contacted this company for a fairly sizable landscaping job ($40k+) and at first meeting to discuss everything went well. We were waiting to hear back from them on next steps when the office assistant called us on a Friday about 2 weeks later to let us know the very next day the team at Bolesta would be coming back to take another look at our property. I told her we had a wedding but she said no problem - we do not need to be home for this. Fast forward to the very next morning and Bolesta comes to visit, rings our doorbell, and requests we come out and talk to them about our yard again for a good 45 minutes while we are mid getting ready and rushing to get to this wedding that they knew about. We shrugged it off but thought it was a bit rude for them to show up with less than 24 hours notice and request we be available when we told them we weren’t. Fast forward to about 2 months after they came to visit, and we heard nothing. Crickets. We followed up with Stephen via email multiple times on the status of the job. He didn’t even respond to us. As homeowners we had to be available on a moments notice but I guess this company can ignore potential customers whenever they feel like it. Stephen himself didn’t even respond but we finally got a note from the office assistant who simply responds that they cannot take on this job but they’d be “happy to help with something else on a smaller scale”. Gee, I’m glad it took us wasting our time and having to follow up with them directly to learn they decided not to take this on. Thanks for that. I truly question if they would have even given us the courtesy of telling us they couldn’t accommodate the job (which we would have been fine with) if it wasn’t for us continuing to follow up. Needless to say, we will not be using them for any services. I wish them the best of luck getting business when the market cools off if this is how they treat potential customers.
