Customer service is great. The main complaint I have is when you try and call the East Valley Store in Mesa, AZ, no one ever answers the phone and they do not return your calls when you leave a message. I would like to call and check on the status of uniform alterations before picking them up, as I could not get ahold of anyone and wasted a trip over there when they said it would not be ready for another day.

Store is clean- staff are friendly; however, take their estimated arrival date for any orders with a grain of salt. Three times now Ive purchased an item- most commonly a pair of pants- and they tell me up to 3 weeks to arrive. A month and a half later they still dont have my order and always blame the supplier. I dont know why I dont learn and adapt my expectations but Im pretty sure after this go around Ill be finding a new store to shop at.

When it comes to uniforms, quick alterations, or last minute items for work Skaggs is the place to go. With their quick service and friendly staff you can guarantee all your public safety needs will be met. Every experience at Skaggs has been an excellent encounter. From Mikaela to the amazing seamstress and tailor in the back of the house Skaggs is a one stop shop for all your Law enforcement needs. I would not go anywhere else.

The female staff are great. I received very poor service from a young man yesterday around 3:30pm June 23, 2021. He treated me poorly because (I happened to be a Black Man). I contacted the main Skaggs Company in West Valley City, UT. The manager I spoke to has yet to return my call. This young man failed to provide adequate customer service, he demonstrated a very negative behavior towards me because of the color of my skin.
