Always had good service previously, but last embroidery experience was very poor, almost double the charge compared to past work for identical print, took twice as long to recieve, had to call twice to remind about the order, with complete dates changed 3 times but the double charge was shocking, will be taking my business elsewhere.

They do great work, but they do also have the highest prices in the area.
I have worked with Halo Screen Printing & Embroidery on a personal order of a Monogrammed Rain coat to orders for Youth Sunday tshirts! They are able to take an idea that we have and make it a reality. They are kind and courteous and very accommodating. Easy to communicate with them and quick to respond when I had questions.
We are sorry you left us a poor review. We would like to extend our most sincere apologies regarding the recent issue with your request, however we have never offered the services that you have requested. Our services are for our customers only. We have protected, professional, long term relationships with our vendors and we are not at liberty to divulge that information. Edit: Red Lobster doesn't sell hotdogs, never have and never will. We don't provide digitized files, never have and never will. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Called them because I needed a graphic file converted for an embroidery job. The embroidery was for a custom piece being created elsewhere. They said they couldn't convert the file, but had a 3rd party that did it for them. I offered to pay but they would only do it if I had the embroidery done by them. OK, so I asked if they would give me the name of their 3rd party, so I could deal directly with them. After consulting with the owner, rhe person on the phone, Ronnie or Rhonda, said they couldn't give out that information. A call to their competitor, Bo-Tee's, also in Sparta, and I had the info I needed in 5 minutes, no hassle. For a company that likes to talk about operating as Christians, they sure don't practice what they preach. EDIT: Note the response from the business below. I was trying to become a customer and pay for a service when I called. The rest of their response is how fake Christians lie. I'm not sure why anyone would go to Red Lobster for a hot dog, but I'm sure they'd be happy to tell you where you could buy one. It's called Customer Service and being a good neighbor.
