Mr. Perfecto here So sorry for the inconvenience buddy. However your order was put in on Friday 4/15 it is now Tuesday 4/19. We are closed on Sunday and Monday. Which leaves two days for labour of graphics and the printing process. Your order would be considered a special order as you didn't have a prepared image or prepared image file ready for print. You had an image which required us to extract the image from a shirt template. Which had to be converted into a digital file to print. Along with the orders before yours, so we would say 4 days is an appropriate turn around time. Considering your graphic needs and our responsibility to prior orders. Most Tshirts stores standard turn around time is 7 days. Upon our return today from our two days closing. Which is the fourth day since you placed your order we intended to have your shirt ready. However we understand if we could not meet your urgency, but we don't copy and paste here at Mr.Perfecto. We provide Commercial Grade shirts which require time, if the customer doesn't come with a prepared digital file. Hopefully you have a change of heart in the future and give us another shot. Because we are all about Customer's Satisfaction. Sorry it didn't work out.

Staff are friendly but apparently 4 days isn't long enough to copy - paste and print on a t-shirt. Won't be returning. - *I stand corrected * 2 days and couldn't get 1 t- shirt printed. I apologize for the miscommunication.

I walked into Mr.Perfecto and I got the warmest greeting ever. They explained all that they offer and I was impressed so I tried it all the 360 video to the photo shoot with my precious puppy. I have a T shirt made with my puppies picture on it I loved it everyone was asking me where I got it so of course I want everyone to experience my joy so if you want to me dazzle go to Mr. Perfecto in the Strouds Mall in PA you will not be unhappy that I promise. I also had a mug done and it was perfect. This will be a great place for birthday Christmas gifts and the most important part is they are very reasonable with prices!!!!

Just wanted to share my experience with Mr Perfecto, They went above and beyond and designed the graphic that I needed, in a rush manor! I am beyond great full and extremely satisfied with the work they did for me. Definitely 5 stars!!! Their customer service was extremely, both professional and friendly! Cant thank them enough!!!!
