Hi Caitlyn, To be fair, we did not "continue to charge your card." When you purchased our Location Consulting Services, you did so at a 50% discounted price because you indicated you were planning to book a full package with us. When you declined to do that (after having us assist you with finding a venue), we did revert to the full price for the Location Consulting services--a price you agreed to pay when you signed up for services with us. Once that obligation was satisfied, you received no further bills from us. You contested that payment through your credit card, but the your bank agreed that we were due the full price of services rendered and the dispute was resolved in our favor. And as far as working with your mom, we did indicate at the start of our relationship that we needed to work directly with either you or your fiance. A wedding is such a personal thing that working with a third party inevitably results in disappointment for the couple.
