I called today to follow up after speaking with a sales rep last week who informed me an allocation list would be coming from Honda today and to follow up with them. I was calling to find out what allocations Pauly Honda received from Honda. The sales rep that answered the phone today asked if I had a deposit with them. When I stated 'no' he abruptly changed his tune, stated " well I can't help you then" and hung up the phone on me without even saying 'bye'

Came there to buy a Honda Odyssey, but got a rough treatment. I went ahead and bought it from McGrath. Came here for an oil change service. The service was ok. The technician had used great gloves and didn't bother to clean. Would take my vehicle for service as this place is close by and that's the only reason. The only positive is that the first salesman I worked with was very good. I forgot his name though

I stopped taking my vehicles here for service as they do not report maintenance to Carfax. I like my records to be available specially for when I sell the vehicle as it does help a lot to get the most out of it and buyers like to see it as well.
