ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They gave my elderly mother the run around on a Christmas gift for WEEKS. Only to not come through with the items she wanted. And then, after a month of unanswered calls, the owner was unapologetic and blamed MY MOTHER. Thank you for destroying my mothers Christmas gift to me. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO PEOPLE THAT CARE.
Very disappointed with customer service. I purchased my Grandson's school team sweatshirt. When I first put it on it had a hole in the cuff. I called & talked to a really nice girl who told me the owner would be in touch. Never heard from owner but another girl called me & I told her & she wanted me to drive to their store to take care of the problem. I didn't feel I should have to travel to somewhere I am not familiar with. This girl was very nice also & told me again the owner would call me. It's been over a month & I have also sent 2 emails & the owner never called & in order to wear the sweatshirt, I had to stitch the cuff by hand. Very disappointed as I have been purchasing from them for a couple of years to support my Grandkids teams. I will go elsewhere in the future which I guess the owner really doesn't care if I do. Obviously a single Grandmother doesn't make their business so they ignore me.
My daughter went to order memorial t-shirts for several of the family and her son's in memory of the tragic loss of their daddy. They took time to listen to our ideas and the next day had the design ready. They are going to be just what we had in mind. I just want to give a huge thank you for the great customer service we received. You will be highly recommended by us!
