We are sorry to hear that you found renting through our agency stressful. We feel that payment of rent, general upkeep of the property during the tenancy and conducting a final bond clean on vacate are reasonable expectations and are also clearly outlined in the Residential Tenancies Act. Had these expectations been met, your experience with our agency would have been different.

Steer Clear! They lie and are unprofessional and complete bullies! They have treated us like dirt and never fixed ANY issues that we raised by placing the blame on us. They would've been in breach plenty of times if we chose that path. They are rude and impolite. And by the way Anna Levy, our last rental property we stayed in prior to leasing with you, received an exceptional 5 star review. They don't deserve any stars at all. Worst rental experience of my life. The property management team are completely incompetent and unprofessional. They have a lack of knowledge in the rental field and RTA legislation. I'm glad to be out of the property. Extremely stressful!! In response to the agent dated Monday 14 December 2020, I guess that's why I was offered a 6 month extension to my 12 month lease!

I have had quite a few dealings with Chris from Harcourts Stafford recently. I am very impressed with how promptly he deals with any questions or issues in relation to our rental property. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and he's super friendly while remaining professional. Thanks Chris I have also had many dealings with Cindy who is the most honest person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Cindy has always known exactly what is happening with the properties in her care and she's been great at keeping me up to date with any issues that may arise. Thanks Cindy

Everything is poor with this agency. Unprofessional, disgraceful, incompetent, untrustworthy, liars. You can do a lot better than assosciating with these people. Save yourself the headache, you deserve a lot better.
