These guys think it's appropriate to approach my wife in our driveway after dark (8:45 PM) to try to sell her pest control services. It is beyond my comprehension that a business would have so little discretion as to have door to door salesman approaching people (especially women who are alone in a vehicle) after dark. To add insult to injury, the kid trying to sell the service would not leave my front yard after I came out of the house to confront him about how inappropriate this practice is. I had to very directly tell him to leave my property no less than 3 times. Completely classless and unacceptable.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Our guarantee covers reapplication, at no additional cost, to address any sporadic or persistent pest problems. In some cases, it may require some trial and error to determine what products will work best, since no two homes and services are exactly the same. We are always happy to put forth any effort required to find a resolution for your pest problems. However, our Service Agreement does require repayment of the discount given on the Initial Service, should a customer choose to cancel before completing their contractual obligation. This ensures that we do not lose money on the time and products invested on the discounted Initial Service, should a customer decide they no longer wish to fulfill their end of the agreement.

Dysfunctional Business Model/Plan. Great customer service and staff. We live in short pump and we have not seen a difference since the company started with us in late Spring. We were told we would see a VAST difference after 2 treatments. We have not seen a difference at all. They will not allow you out of the contract unless you pay $139 fee. They still require you to pay this fee even when their service is not doing what they claim it will do. The salesman told us that they would let us out of our contract if we were not happy. It has taken us over 3-months to get in contact with the company as well to discuss how unhappy we are. At the end of day, they are not upholding their end of the deal. There is no integrity in this company from what I have experienced. Not worth it. Go to another company. ** The salesman misrepresent the company it appears at the end of the day. We pay people to put stuff on our yard that does nothing... I give them a 5 star for their techs! They are excellent. As well as the office staff. It's their business plan/model that traps unhappy customers.... They require customer uphold their end, but they do not! Bad business.
