Hi, this is Alex, I was the one who spoke to you in the store earlier about the return. We would have gladly taken back your item if it was within the 7 days for a refund, or 30 days for store credit, as clearly stated on the receipt you received when you purchased the item. If the item was returned in great condition, of course. Though the item was brought back in good condition, it was purchased over 4 months ago, so there is nothing we could do. As you mentioned purchasing online, Amazon, too, employs a 30 day return policy on items and often enforces it with much more stringency. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope you return your business to us.

Kaiser Physical Therapy referred me to get a Serola Belt to prevent re-injury. The therapy worked well, brace never worn; never opened outside of clerk showing belt. Several weeks later I asked to return but was abruptly told 7-day return policy. Asked Manager to accept, still in original packaging, & receipt. He became almost surely, reiterating "that is POLICY", kept showing their written policy. I try to do business locally now I understand why so many shop online. Amazon would accept return no questions asked. They understand the importance of customer service. My back is much better; guess there is good in everything, I will donate this for someone who cannot afford to purchase their own $50 belt.
Hey guys these are not profesisonals. Poor staff and poor management. I went to those peolle on Dec 19th to get compression sleeve and a compression glove since i m a cancer patient with lymphedema and I had the prescription with me. I showed them the prescription and 3 different people took measurements of my arm to get me the right size. I paid $95 and left. 10 days later was my appointment with the doctor who was so mad when she saw the sleeve because it was small and definitely not my size and the glove was for the right hand no the left as prescribed. I called the store told them about the problem and they said we can't do anything if you dont have the box for the sleeve and the glove that i obviously threw away because i trusted their measurements and didnt think i would need the boxes anymore. Long story short they didn't do anything about it and said that it wasn't their fault that i didnt keep the box!!!! The manager was very rude and was asking me in an ironic way:"didn't you nitice that it was small?" I answered how would i know how the sleeve is supposed to be like!!! I never had 1 and wasn't born with it!!! Irresponsible and unprofessional.
Their customer service skills really need work. I injured my knee and was looking for a knee brace. One of the female employees, with long dark hair, had me sit down and handed it to me. She attempted to strap it on, but didn’t know how to. My mom knew how to, but the lady stuck her finger out at her to silence my mom and called for another guy to help. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. All of the employees there seemed irritated and not very friendly. Not going back there again.
