We rented an efficiency for several years. The owner of the property worked closely with Birwood (the management company) on the building maintenance. We had several low priority maintenance requests over the years and they were taken care of in a reasonable time frame (dishwasher replaced, leaky faucet fixed twice, and a few others). The annual rent increase was fairly low. When we moved out we got back our entire security deposit.
