Absolutely horrible people, both owner and manager. We were told we could return shoes after two weeks if unworn & unopened. Manager then refused to honor that. Owner was called and she was even worse. Refused to make a simple return because "7-day return policy is printed on receipt". When a manager tells you you can make a return after you get back from your two week vacation, you kind-of assume that will be honored. Not the case! After years of being a very loyal customer I will never step foot in this store again. I wish I could give NO stars but it wouldn't let me. It is more important to be backhanded than to maintain customer loyalty for these people. It will come back to bite them because I plan to tell everyone I know not to cross the threshold of this store.

I went in excited to find a pair of ethical birks but was quickly shot down by the sales woman when I asked if they were available. She gave me a quick "no." with no further assistance. Disappointing. I'll happily buy online.
