Absolutely beyond amazing! Let me summarize: Ordered a week or so ago, in anticipation of my friend’s birthday. Since the pandemic, I’ve been trying to shop local and Birdytell checked all the boxes. Added all the cute stuff to the order, checked out, easy peesy. Order ships. Plenty of time for my friend’s bday. Wednesday: out for delivery via UPS. Ok, cool. Notified by Birdytell of delivery, follow up with my friend, no box. Ok, NBD, we’ll see what’s up. Check the UPS delivery tracker: left at front door. Nah, it wasn’t. I email Birdytell and get a QUICK response back from Lisa. We communicate back and forth a bit and she offers to HAND DELIVER the next day. Do WHAT?! Thursday didn’t work so she offered Friday. Lisa puts in the claim through UPS so neither my friend nor I had to. Follow up with Lisa on Thursday and she confirms she will deliver Friday. Friday morning, hand delivered. Wow! Not only that, but my friend LOVED her gift. Local, organic, perfect. Obviously, this is the exception and not the rule. The issue was def with UPS, but Lisa made it super smooth to fix. Mega impressed! Thank you SO much, Lisa!
I’ve known the owner since Junior High. I ordered today for the first time and it was amazing. The most beautiful flowers and handmade soaps for my mom for Mother’s Day. Way to go Lisa and Birdytell!
The first Birdytell gift I gave was to my mother. When the person delivering her gift said "Pam would like to wish you a Happy Mother's Day," the whole room filled with her friends was moved to tears. Since then, I've given Birdytell gifts to more family, friends, and vendors/partners. There really is no better way to give!
