I have to start off by saying they did good hair and make up on my whole bridal party and the others I had set for hair and make up. My issue was I kept being pressured to start at 8 am for a 5pm ceremony, I kept telling them it was not possible the earliest we could start was 9 but they could set up before than. I know I had a lot of people for hair and make up but was upfront at the beginning about how many I had. The day before the wedding I was texted to confirm that they would be there and be arriving at 8:45. Fast-forward to the day of the wedding they did not walk off the elevator till 9:15. Being 30 minutes late threw my whole time line out the window, caused my last person to not be out of makeup till about 10 minutes before the ceremony started. They did good work but the tardiness was unacceptable especially when I was pressured a lot about starting earlier because there were a lot of girls who needed hair and makeup.
