Currently electrolysis on the upper lip is not possible due to Covid and the increased risk due to exposure of the high risk zone at the mouth and nose. The chin and neck area is permitted as the client wears a mask. Any client who purchased any offer where a treatment is not permitted or client is unsuitable for treatment is always offered a refund as long as treatments have not been already carried out. Unfortunately this was never requested and having searched our database we do not seem to have a client called Sadie who has attended for electrolysis.

Not great. Electrosis can be done on your chin & on your cheeks but not on your top lip due to "current restrictions" & all while your wearing a mask. Absolute nonsense. Selling deals but can't fulfill them apparently because I hadn't done my homework on electrosis. False advertising. Snobbery at it's finest.

I am so disappointed with this place. I tried to call them numerous times to book an appointment and unfortunately they do NOT answer their phone. Not do they make an attempt to call you back. You can leave a voice mail and guess what, still no reply. Sorry but this is a farce.

I had my first appointment today and it was a really lovely experience . I had and eyelash lift and tint and an eyebrow shape . Gillian put me at my ease straight away the treatment itself was so relaxing and I loved the end result . Perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon I will definitely be returning. Thankyou Gillian.

Had a few treatments from Gillian. Not only are her treatments refreshing but her company is as well. Lovely, professional and friendly with top class treatments available and cute accessories and nicknacks too. Perfect for a treat.
