We looked for a invoice under your name and we didn't find anything. I'll still respond as we have a right to defend our business. We do not pressure customers to shop here and our customer service is not horrible only because you didn't do your own research or asked enough questions. Yes we sale two models of "Rebuilt" mattresses and yes they are listed as "Rebuilt" on our price label. We also have 10 other New mattress options at a higher price point. The labels on the mattress are State Law labels and we do business by the law. If we wanted to cheat you we would just rip those out and you would never know however we did not do that. To close we are sorry if you had a poor experience but we do not have horrible customer and we do not do illegal business as we follow the law when it comes to "Rebuilt Mattress".

Horrible customer service... we bought some mattress and it was second hand use... never buying from BedCo again. BedCo didn’t said their mattress were second hand use until we got the mattress..
It's seriously December 5, and the employee at the front desk was NOT wearing a mask when I came in, nor did she put one on until I requested, and then told me "no worries." I came in to buy a mattress but did not because of this.
Great selection on all your furniture needs! We purchased a bedroom set last year still in great condition. We came back for a futon with Bluetooth at a very great deal compared to other stores. Came back last night for a new mattress set. Staff was very helpful and knowledge about their selection. Set up and service is 5+. I highly recommend them. They gained a lifetime customer with me.

Hi Eleasha and thank you for taking the time to leave a review on the product you purchased. Even though we feel your 1 star review is harsh since you are mostly disappointed at the product. We hope that you were at least satisfied with our customer service and no pressure to buy environment. We are sorry that you are dissatisfied in the overall quality of this item and with reviews like yours its the only way we can determine to continue to sale certain items or not. However this Sectional is heavily advertised as a "HOT BUY" and we have it on display so that you as the customer can try it before making the decision of completing the purchase. This item or similar ones are sold pretty much by most furniture stores around the area and that includes Becks, however for this very competitive price we have found that this is the best available as far as design and thickness quality on seat cushions. When you had the situation of the arm rest breaking we would have been able to exchange that piece for you if you would have notified us. I would also like to clear up our store policy which in order to maintain low prices we have an "All Sales Final" policy which is written on our sales receipts. Our restocking fee is only 25% and not 60% as you state but some restrictions apply. I hope you understand our point that it is impossible for us to know which items are of superior quality than others. Again thank you for your business and hope you can reevaluate your review towards us as a business and not based on one product only that we sale.

We've had our couches for about a year now and a half now. The quality is not the best. It sucks actually. Ours are the very first picture you see (the brown sectional with ottoman) how funny is that. We paid $550 for this. It was delivered in boxes and we spent 2-3 hours putting them together. The cushions all have zippers which makes it appear that you can take the fabric-like material off and wash them. This is not the case. They are sewed into the cushions. Also they are very uncomfortable. Oh and don't ever try to sleep on this set. There are pieces of wood that are placed uneven, and there are not enough to keep the cushions from sleeping. The arm rest broke on us within the first week. No reason to return them, if you do you forfeit 60% of your total as a restocking fee. The warehouse looks like they have superior quality furniture but they are very misleading! Bottom line is they suck and are cheaply made in another country. Don't waste your money. Go to Becks, or some other store known for their quality.
