After the variables came out after talking to the father then mother who said her daughter wanted blue/purple colors we didn't have enough time to do the service that day with the time available, that wouldn't interfere with other customers already scheduled. Sorry that we couldn't fit you in the schedule last min.

My fiance called, tried to set up an appointment for our daughter. We wanted a simple job done and it turned out to be too much for them to handle. Couldn't make an appointment after he said there was availability tomorrow. A cut and a few purple highlights, guy on the phone who is apparently one of the owners had me talk to the stylist and then he got on the phone and said it was too much work that we needed done. Uhm okay, can't handle a ten year old?? Give me a break. We'll take our business somewhere else. Response to the owner's reply: That's okay, our money was better spent elsewhere. We found an awesome salon nearby who was able to take care of her and did a phenomenal job.
