This place is extremely unprofessional. Products come back smelling like cigar smoke, communication is all over the place, deadlines are missed, mock-ups are not closely followed, and they sneakily try to cut corners to save themselves money while charging their customers full price regardless. some examples my business partner ran into: -the plastisol ink on her garments wasnt cured properly leaving it sticky, cracking, or in extreme cases pieces of the design flaking off. With the last design she ordered, the ink was cracking just by picking up the hoodie, and after 1 wash the lettering was completely falling off and cracking insanely! Unacceptable! -Another time they completely skipped a black ink layer on a design thinking it would go unnoticed because it was printed on a black garment, but the black ink layer was included in the price estimate. -Another time a few garments were poorly printed missing several layers of a design and when they were brought back to be fixed even the re-dos were all messed up. The final straw leading us to feeling we had no choice but to forewarn anyone else looking to do business with triangle was the last order that was placed that came back looking nothing like the original mock-up design. When Angie called to have the final design approved, she sent a blurry picture of the design printed on a folded t-shirt which made it appear they would be printing it at the bottom of the garment which is how the design was supposed to be placed, but when it was picked up from the shop the workers just threw the boxes in her trunk without showing her, and it wasnt until she got home that she realized how wrong the placement/ sizing of the design truly was. It was smack dab in the middle of the hoodie, and completely resized from the initial design. Not only that, but she approved a 14x 14 design and this was even smaller than that with ink cracks throughout. when asked how the issue could be resolved, Angie offered 0 resolution and gaslit the entire situation making their mistake out to be my business partners problem. This company doesnt do quality control on their embroidery or their screen printing projects, and does not take customer feedback seriously whatsoever. When we tried to explain to Angie over the phone what issues we had with the last batch of mistake products, she was completely apathetic, offered zero resolution, and even was so rude as to say the way the design was meant to be wouldve looked stupid, which, in my opinion is extremely unprofessional and has nothing to do with the task at hand. They arent the designers, they are the printers. Basically, if you want to waste your hard earned money on messed up products delivered later than expected with poor customer service/ communication from start to finish, go ahead and give this place a shot but Id highly recommend going literally anywhere else if youre looking for a quality job with attention to detail. If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would.

Very negative experience. Angela is awful to deal with and has no customer service skills. Product was screen printed by them and is cracking and they refuse to address all the issues with our order. In addition to that issue they decided to completely disregard the mock up submitted and lied through their teeth. Angie hangs up on customers and is very unpleasant. Refund the money or redo the order you messed up. Own up to your mistakes. I would suggest everyone take their business elsewhere.

First off if you do not want your items to smell like cigar smoke do not order from this business. Secondly they make too many mistakes on their orders and the quality is very poor. Designs are cracking and peeling right off the bat and they will not make things right by addressing the issue or fixing the order. Dont waste your money here. Find another business in Chicagoland area that actually treats their customers with integrity. Angie is one of the workers who is supposed to handle all customers and is the rudest person I ever had a chance to talk to. She hung up on me repeatedly after I asked to talk to her manager and never connected me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost.
