extremely disappointed! having placed my order 2 months ago, my vinyl was meant to be fitted a week ago but the roll of vinyl was lost in a warehouse never to be found again. I was invited to pop onto the store to choose a replacement vinyl which I did promptly and the replacement was meant to be propriety delivery to the branch this week. The weekly delivery came and went and my vinyl was again not loaded on the single weekly truck delivery to the Staines store despite it being alledgedly prioritised. I am being passed between head office and the local branch from pillar to post without any guarantees that the vinyl I ordered will be loaded onto next weeks delivery. It seems that it is impossible to say when you might get anything from this store or from the company I general. I am dependent on this vinyl being fitted by a certain date in order to work in the space and am unable to plan anything at all because all I get from this company is empty promises which hold no value. No guarantees can be made whatsoever whomever you speak to. If you are in search of a guaranteed product and/or a guaranteed date, my advice would be to go elsewhere.

Went to visit at 7pm this evening as website states store is open until 8pm but store was closed and locked up.

I just wanted to share a great experience I have had in your store from Stefan he was brilliant he helped us though his demonstrations to narrow down to a carpet using the window to show the light against the carpet something Ive never experienced before and got me to walk on the underlays to ensure I picked the right one just didnt expect this when I walked in.
