I wish I could share the same positive feedback however, I couldn't even obtain an appointment by telephone. 17:38 minutes of 4 attempts resulted to holding on to book. Unsuccessful at obtaining. Called elsewhere and obtained appointment and confirmation via text within 2 minutes. Staff was unprofessional on my attempts, especially after hanging up after being told I'm placed on hold, again. If you can answer the phone, you can expeditiously book an appointment instead of keep putting people on long holds. We know there are shortages everywhere. It's the tenacity of the input, while you're there.
Was 10 mins late and was forced to reschedule, i guess she wants like a 2 hour break until her next appointment, lazy eye doctor in there. Poor quality glasses anyway arms fading, transitional lenses peeling away. F em
Ive been wearing perception eyeglasses for 18 years, going here was the worst experience ever, customer service us bad I had to go back there 7 times and my glasses were not right time I put them on I would be dizzy, the manager claimed he would reimburse me for the inconvenience but he didnt, they even scheduled me appointments and when I got there the doctor was not there, never again in this life when I go to optical world!!!!
