Hi, the Polaroid camera was used and not new as you stated you purchased it at a thrift store. You initially asked for a return but we would have exchanged it if the film was defective. We didn’t exchange the film as it was determined that the camera was not functioning properly. We tested your film with one of our new, unopened cameras from our stock, while you were in the the store and the film performed as expected. We didn’t accuse you of damaging the film, we simply stated it was damaged and could have happened when you returned to the thrift store for help. We are sorry for the inconvenience. But we tried our best to assist you with a camera that was used from the thrift store. We hope you have better experience in the future.
