Called to get a quote on putting a new engine in my side by side, was hung up on with out even being greeted, or asked what I needed, tried to call back and nobody ever answered.

So I went on this web site to check out the atvs because I want to buy one but it shows everything sold. I might not be that smart but customers don't want to see what you don't have we want to see what is in stock now ready to pick up.

I called ahead to say I might be there 5 minutes past close time. They said no worries they would wait, and they did !! They had all the parts I needed and gave me a break on the price!!! These guys are awesome and prove there are still businesses out there that care about their customers. I will always support places like this, I'll evan go out of my way to do so. My proof is that I live in Antioch. These guys are in Arlington heights. Definitely shop route 12 arctic cat. The Best.
