If I could give them no star it would be better. Now I just purchased my house over a year ago. I listed everything that was wrong nothing seems to get fixed. Even sent some emails on occasion of new things that went wrong. I moved in the house and dirty and trash all over the back yard. Guess who had to clean it me because they failed to do it even after it was listed on the things wrong with this house! But trust I did it while all the utilities were still covered by them. The sod came up due to excessive water run off from my neighbors yard but they did fix that. The breaker box keeps tripping for no reason. I experienced a problem with me internet last year. I called the cable guy just to find out the outlet that was wired and installed outside was getting watered in it so it caused the outlet to trip. Everytime it rains I have to walk outside to reset the outlet. So today it rains as usual I go outside to reset the outlet and now it’s constantly blinking. The outlets bad because of the excessive water. I go to unplug the power supply and the whole damn box comes undone. Lord and behind when I try to rescew the screws in the box I can’t why because it has no threads to hold the screw in. The whole box is off and the outlet needs to be replaced because water has gotten in it constantly. So I check the other outside outlets and they’re loose as well. Even some of the other outlets in my house you can’t plug anything in because they won’t allow you to. Since I’ve purchased this house I’ve had nothing but issues with the electrical and plumbing. That’s another thing the plumbing the shower leaked into the wall it took them 3 days for the plumber to come fix that. So I call back after it’s fix because the dry wall is damaged and has a hole. guess what this was November 2017 we’re well into 2018 and it’s still a hole in the wall. The paint job they went over before move in was crappy. I’m going to have to find someone to review the entire wiring and electrical outlets to ensure my house doesn’t have a chance of burning down. If you’re think about purchasing a house make sure it’s not with them. Nothing will get done when you request you’ll have to call multiple times. It’s like they threw this house together just to make a sell no guaranteed work themselves or who they brought in to do the plumbing or electrical.
