Warning - Do not pay a deposit until after you approve your digitizing!! This is a make believe embroidery shop. All digitizing looks like it was done by a 5 year old. You will battle with them for 6 days to try and get it right and then, they say your too dificult to please, and BTW no refund on your deposit. No customer service what so ever, you have to deal with a different person everytime you call, and you must call them because they wont call to update you on anything regarding your order. I was forced to go to another shop, who was able to digitize my logo in 5 minutes "Perfectly"! They even made a comment that it was a very easy logo to digitize and BTW didnt charge me a deposit. Consider yourself forewarned about dealing with these people, not a good business!

I don't usually leave reviews but this place is awful and has horrible customer service. I went in to get some things made for a graduation party. I was disappointed from the start they had no samples of product or anything to look at. I went in with a couple images I did myself online but thought I would give a mom and pop shop my money instead. She couldn't even recommend anything else to me for more ideas. I was told I would get a quote later that day. She wrote my email down and I noticed she wrote it down wrong even after I spelled it out so I corrected her. After a week of no quote I called and they had sent it to the misspelled email. I gave them the right one again and the lady gave me attitude. It's been over a week again and still have not received anything. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Horrible!! Do not use them. They are not the same as they were several years ago. I picked up a large order that looked like my child stitched it. Thread was looped and lines were not straight. Manager would not look at it and refused to fix it. I lost a lot of money and now am stuck with 15 shirts no one at the office can wear.
