Sorry about your bad experience, are you sure this is listed under the correct location? We are in north Austin, really doesn't sound like how our people would behave. Each Minuteman Press location is an independent business with different owners. I have search our email and jobs this year and can find no record of this job. I don't even show that we have done a funeral program this year that we charged for.

It has taken me a while to write this review. I ordered my grandmother's funeral programs from this place and they only printed 100 of the 300 programs I ordered. I was notified the MORNING OF the funeral that my order was not complete. I should have checked but if grief, there are others on your mind. I could not imagine not receiving the order in full. After calling and speaking to an associate and then a manager, they were not apologetic at all and were not able to offer an resolution. I had to get a family member to go TO THEM and pick up the rest of the programs that they just printed after my frantic call. I will NEVER use this business for anything again and will spread the word about who unprofessional and inconsiderate they are. They do not care about their customers so DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!

Minuteman Press in North Austin has a new owner who does not understanding graphic design at all. She has unjustly fired multiple employees for knowing how to do the job far better than she rather than trying to learn the business. A real quote from said owner - "We don't need graphic designers." Further, she privately has discouraged her employees from accepting work from local artists, telling them to push far harder and give better prices to the big businesses only. This used to be a fantastic shop. At this point, I STRONGLY recommend that folks utilize any of the other Minuteman Press shops, but NOT this location.

Our company attended SXSW in Austin this year, which was a last-minute decision. We needed to print retractable banners and flyers within a few days. I called a couple of different printers to see who would be able to support us, and what the timeline would be. Minuteman Press was one of the few companies that would be able to deliver quickly. They told me I would receive everything by Friday morning, but ended up delivering a day earlier. We placed the order on Tuesday. The quality was great, and I could always easily reach them in case I had questions. Great customer service, great quality AND fast delivery that's a rare combination! Thank you for your help.

I LOVE working with this location of MMP. Affordable and fast, but most importantly the staff is so helpful and friendly. They've talked me through many projects and offered great advice every time I've needed it. So thankful to have a printer I can trust with the work my clients entrust to me. MMP forever, for real.
