Tristan, not only were we willing to replace the shirt but you also ordered Nike shirts that you left here over a year and a half and never picked up. As for getting a refund we replaced the shirt that you never came to pick up with the other order that you still needed to pay for. After a year and a half of those shirts sitting here unpaid for we disposed of them at our expense as a loss. We put our time and effort into fulfilling your order that you needed right away and then never bothered to pick up. This is why we choose not to do business with you any longer. Never got my money back on a shirt that they messed up and never did good. Weird how that works as for them saying they wont accept orders from me. I wouldnt deal with them look else place!

Terrible work that really shows Wanda Parisi would rather spend all day on Facebook trolling than do her work. Perhaps that's why she cannot meet deadlines? If you work for her, please unplug the wifi every once in a while. She must be hell to deal with every day.

I have ordered several embroidered shirts from Embroidery Plus to wear to business meetings and networking events. Wanda had my logo sewn into a piece of fabric and gave it to me so I could see how it would look. She also let me try on the shirts before I made my choice. Excellent customer service, too!
