This company I would never recommend to anyone, highly unprofessional from the contractors to the customer service side. Ultimately I had a contractor Tom Wyrick stop talking to me (ghosted) on a insurance claim for my roof to be redone then proceeded to speak to customer service to ask for a call back and never received one. Then spoke with a second representative a day later who just tried to talk me into circles and feed lies about their data tracking system for callers. If I could give them a 0, I would. One bite everyone knows the rules.
Great company, they did what they promised. My insurance co. did not want to put new roof on after hail damage. Jeremy Tinsley a storm team specialist for venture construction fought for me and got the in. co. to do the right thing . I would definitely recommend this company. Cindy Rogers, Stuart Florida
Venture Construction was hired by our condo management company to repair our building after hurricane Matthew in October 2016. Their representative John Carr, said the building would be fixed by the end of the year. What he didnt tell us is that Venture Construction was going to fight the insurance company for every dime Venture could get. That sounds reasonable until we found out that it would delay repairs for at least one year. Our building was then damaged by hurricane Irma before Venture completed the damage hurricane Matthew had caused. Venture signed the certificate of completion on 5/22/2018. The delay was completely due to Venture fighting with the insurance company. Venture used substandard materials and the work force was so bad that some of our condo owners repaired their units themselves. Venture was misleading and at some points just lied about the project we had hired them for. I would never hire this company again. Save your time and money and hire a better company.
